How to sign up for RMMS?

A client can sign up for our RMMS application through this website here and someone from our team will reach out to schedule a demo and provide additional information on how to get started.

How to connect RMMS with Cloudbeds for the first time?

Navigate to the Cloudbeds Marketplace

Search for Life House in the search bar under "All Integrations"

Click on "Connect App"
‍
You will be redirected to a new page where you can select "Connect all properties" and select "Connect future member properties"

Then select "Continue" where you will be redirected to a new page and select "Allow Access"

You will then be redirected to the Life House RMMS application to log in and continue your onboarding

What is the Specific functionality of the integration.

RMMS will receive your property information from Cloudbeds including rates and availability per day. Our intelligent pricing system is designed to maximize RevPAR each day and automatically adjusts rates in response to a handful of factors. These factors are customized by you to create your own bespoke strategy with the help of our pricing experts. Rates are automatically adjusted within RMMS and pushed to Cloudbeds for all room types for up to 365 days in the future. You have the ability to configure your own rates within RMMS at any time as well and adjust your pricing strategy accordingly.

What are the limitations of the integration?

We will need some permissions to always be available for our integration. Since we are sending rates and getting raw booking data as well as hotel information from availability to categories.

We have limitations on when the integration is deleted by the customer. For now, if the integration is deleted, we will have some manual labor to reintegrate the integration

Disconnecting RMMS from Cloudbeds is easy and requires only a few clicks.
